食べ方 (way to eat)

鯵が安かったので、
色々やってみました。

三枚に下ろして、刺身にして。
内蔵は炒めて肴に。
中骨と頭はあら汁に。

折角食べるんだから、
全部使いたいんですよね、
やっぱり。

Horse mackerels were cheap,
so I made some dishes using them.

I filleted them,
and processed it like below.
Used the raw fish meat to make sashimi,
fried guts to use as snack,
and boiled the head and bones for soup.

I try to use every part of the fish so it doesn't go to waste.
